I highly recommend this company. During the unprecedented snow in early February, I decided to get a second opinion on my furnace issue. Peter was in Seattle the next day & in 20 minutes confirmed the problem. By the end of the day, he had responded with a quote to repair the furnace (his quote was significantly less than my #1 opinion) and the amount to replace the furnace. In that the furnace was 15 years old, after some thought & consultation, I decided to buy a new furnace from them. He said that it might not get delivered until later in the week (3 days) which I accepted. Peter called the next morning to say they could deliver it that very day. - Peter is amazing - there are not enough stars I could give him or enough words to describe how happy we are with him and his work. Bottom line up front - Peter has all our future business, we won't waste time anywhere else. We recently purchased a new build home and called Peter to add A/C. He was fairly priced, very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately Peter quickly discovered a plethora of issues left behind by the builder but worked through each one impressively. Despite all the unexpected time it took, his number one concern the entire time was making sure we got A/C running as fast as possible and that the issues left by the builder were completely fixed. He always took the time to explain the process. And on top of that we had great conversations along the way. Most importantly, in the end I felt very good about doing business with Peter. He is someone who truly cares about his workmanship and puts his name behind it to ensure his customers are taken care of. The time he takes to explain everything and his overall demeanor instills a sense of trust. They were on time and finished the job as expected while dealing with some problems from the prior install. Highly recommended, if you want a family owned local company that offer you good prices. - Peter was very responsive and quick to resolve the issue with my main house furnace. The furnace was short cycling, i.e. the furnace was automatically turning off after a few minutes due to a bad limiter switch and the house would not heat up. Although it took a few trips to figure out the problem, he was very patient and ardent until we figured it out and repaired the problem. During the same time frame my barn furnace broke. Peter provided diagnostics and next day replacement of my furnace and worked with my home warranty company.
